By registering for Bling Summit Costa Rica 2026, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my actions during the event. I fully understand that the organizers, Bling Logistics Network, and its entire team will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, personal losses, or illnesses that may occur before, during, or after the event.

• Reputation Compliance: The company must not be listed on any blacklist, including FDRS or any local/international freight forwarding association. If any negative findings arise, Bling Logistics Network reserves the right to publish this information within its member network.
• Membership Integrity: If a connection to another network is identified, Bling Logistics Network reserves the right to cancel the participant’s membership and event registration without a refund. Furthermore, Bling Logistics Network may notify other network owners, associations, and partners about this termination.
• Financial Responsibility: The attendee’s company must not have outstanding payments or disputes exceeding 60 days with any freight forwarding partners.
• Conflict of Interest Policy: Participants must not be owners, administrators, board members, or advisors of any other logistics or freight forwarding network/alliance, whether profit or non-profit.

By proceeding with registration and payment, the attendee acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined above.

In the event of a room cancellation made by a guest through the resort’s reservation link, a full penalty for the entire stay will be charged to the credit card provided by the guest.

Accommodation Policy

To ensure a seamless experience and maximize networking opportunities, all Summit attendees must stay at the official event hotel where the conference will be held. This policy is in place to facilitate participation in scheduled activities, maintain event security, and enhance engagement among attendees.

Exceptions are not permitted, and attendees who choose to stay elsewhere will be required to purchase a mandatory day pass to access the conference venue and its activities.

By registering for the Summit, attendees acknowledge and agree to comply with this accommodation policy. Failure to do so may result in restricted access to the event.
